12 units in a six-story, multifamily building for seniors. The building contains one studio apartment, 11 one-bedroom apartments, a 455 square foot community room, and a common laundry facility. The units will be set aside for seniors over 65 years of age who earn no more than 60% of the area median income. The program under which the project was created is through a 30-year regulatory agreement with New York State.
