Seven story, 10 unit new construction apartment building, consisting of 7 studios and 3 one-bedrooms. The project was developed through a 30 year regulatory agreement with NYS HFA and under NYC HPD Inclusionary Housing guidelines, which will set aside units for households earning no more than 60% of the area median income.
